  • In-Person Health Screenings: Physiological and fitness assessments conducted at our clinic.

  • In-Person Blood Analysis Packages: Diagnostic services, including blood tests, conducted at our clinic.

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion. We aim to provide accurate descriptions of all services and products on our website.


3. Bookings & Payment

Booking Process

  • Health Screenings: Booked online through our website and paid for on-site at the clinic at the time of your appointment.

  • Blood Analysis Appointments: Require a £30 booking fee, payable in-person. Additional blood analysis packages (e.g., specific tests or reports) incur an additional £5 per package, payable on-site at the clinic.

  • Consultations and Programmes: Free initial 1:1 consultations are booked online or via phone. Paid consultations or programmes require payment in advance or on-site, as specified at booking.

  • Digital Products: Purchased online and paid in full at the time of purchase.

Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other methods specified at checkout.

  • All prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes (e.g., VAT) unless otherwise stated.

  • You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available for payment. We are not liable for any fees or charges incurred due to declined payments.


4. Digital Products

Purchase and Access

  • Digital training programmes are available for immediate download upon successful payment.

Usage Restrictions

Refunds

5. Clinic Appointments

In-Person Requirements

  • All health screenings, blood analysis appointments, and in-person consultations must be attended at our clinic location: Level Up Clinic, IronWorX, Hirwaun, CF44 9NS, United Kingdom.

  • You must arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling, at our discretion.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice by contacting us at levelupclinic@outlook.com.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of any prepayments (e.g., the £30 booking fee for blood analysis appointments).

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in loss of any booking fees and no eligibility for rescheduling.

Health and Safety

  • You must complete any required health questionnaires or provide relevant medical information prior to appointments to ensure safe delivery of services.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it poses a health or safety risk to you or our staff.


6. Refunds

Our Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms and applies to all purchases and services. Key points include:

  • Digital Products: Non-refundable once downloaded, except in cases of defects or non-conformance.

  • Health Screenings and Consultations: Refunds or rescheduling available with 24 hours’ notice; no-shows are non-refundable.

  • Blood Analysis Appointments: The £30 booking fee is refundable with 24 hours’ notice; additional package fees are non-refundable once the service (e.g., blood draw) is rendered.

Health and Fitness Services

  • We are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from:

    • Misuse or misinterpretation of our services, products, or advice.

    • Failure to disclose relevant medical information.

    • Failure to follow instructions or safety guidelines provided by us.

  • You participate in our services at your own risk, and you are responsible for ensuring that any exercises or recommendations are suitable for your health and fitness level.
