What does a health screening involve?
A screening may include a consultation, body composition analysis, heart health check (ECG), vital signs check, and lifestyle review — depending on the package. It’s all designed to give you useful, personalised insight.
Do I have to have my blood taken?
Silver, Gold and Platinum packages require a blood sample to be taken — all tests are carried out in person by qualified staff. No need to visit a GP or external lab.
How soon will I get my results?
Results will be shared with you within 1-2 days via email, which is then followed by a call to discuss your results and recommendations.
How do I know which package is right for me?
It depends on your goals. If you’re just getting started, Bronze or Silver might be a good fit. If you’re looking for a complete picture of your health or training at a high level, Gold or Platinum is ideal. We’re happy to guide you through the decision.
Do I need to fast before my appointment?
Some tests may require fasting. We’ll let you know exactly what to do before your appointment so you’re fully prepared.
